I was so excited to meet Stephanie Izard and learn about her book Girl In The Kitchen!  So much so that I would up asking her to sign a book for my daughter for cooking inspiration!  Stephanie is delightful and so knowledgable and I can't wait to try her amazing recipes for the holidays!  She also was open to meeting to discuss EcOChallenge2020.org...if we can both ever have time to set that meeting in motion!
