Jeannette KravitzExecutive Director sponsorKIDS® Charities 501c3, CEO Peace Spa Products Chicago. Mrs. Kravitz corporate experience is in Operations Management, Marketing and Public Relations as she served as Regional Operations Manager at Photography Corporation of America. Her Division ranked in the top 10% in profits globally, with the lowest employee turnover in the nation. In 2000, she founded sponsorKIDs Charities Peace Journey and began traveling with American students and documenting stories of American teens helping kids on foreign soil in an effort to bring understanding of diverse cultures and promote the American spirit. She arranged music concerts with major artist to help raise funds and awareness. As a documentary Director and Editor along with Viacom Division, BETJ (Black Entertainment TV), Jeannette co-produced 30-minute specials called Peace Journey, which won the coveted Telly Award for editing. She has gained major sponsor supporting her career, has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for non-profits through charity events including celebrity golf tournaments, tennis events including World Team Tennis/Elton John/NBC Sports fundraiser to benefit Pediatric AIDS and more. In September 2007, she led the Resolution for a National Department of Peace & Nonviolence Bill (HR3760) to Chicago City Council with support from Aldermen Walter Burnett, Shirley Coleman and Billy Ocasio. The resolution was accepted, allowing Chicago to be the 1st of the US Major Cities to come behind this bill. Jeannette is a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs President's Circle and serves on the Sister City Casablanca Committee in Chicago. Today, Jeannette is now the co-owner and CEO of PEACESpa.org. She and her husband, Randy, purchased a 23-year old skin care line and opened a spa in River North-Chicago in 2008. Now they have created a natural-botanical-cosmecuetical skin care line called PEACESpa Products to distribute through spas nationally, providing a base revenue stream for her work at sponsorKIDS Peace Journey Jeannette's latest advocacy is the newly created ECOChallenge2020.org, a 10-year commitment starting in 2010 to address issues of childhood obesity, diabetes and other health related issues. These current focuses provide the platform for future Peace Journey trips and activities. She also She is the mother of two wonderful grown children and has four adorable grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, the arts, music, Tai Chi, travel, especially to her mom's homeland of Portugal, and to her dad's Cherokee tribal nation and being with her family. |

Randy KravitzRandy Kravitz, Managing Director PEACESpa & Peace Spa Products Randy Kravitz has over 30 years of experience in International Business, Marketing, Product Development, Operations and General Management positions within Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies in the Toy, Social Expression and Computer Products industries. While receiving his MBA training at night, Randy was fortunate to work in the International Department of the General Mills Toy Group , at the time the largest worldwide conglomerate in the toy industry. This experience inspired taking other international assignments including the development of product design and sourcing programs for American Greetings, the greeting card giant; and the founding of two Hong Kong based Asian sourcing businesses; and leading the acquisition and early development as President, Canadian Division of United Stationers the large office, computer and facilities products wholesaler. As VP Private Label at United Stationers, Randy led the development and implementation team for the company's private label which grew into a robust $300 Million business within 3 years of taking the assignment. In 2006, Randy and his wife Jeannette purchased a small mail order skin care business with the express purpose of building a national brand that would help support and contribute to the growth of the couple's charity sponsorKIDS 501c3. The brand, Peace Spa Products, takes its name from the charities original program Peace Journey, In development for over two years, the line was then refined and market tested for another year at PEACESpa, the couples boutique day spa in downtown Chicago. Coinciding with the national launch of Peace Spa Products in March 2010, is the new sponsorKIDS 501c3 program called ECOChallenge2020, a 10 year commitment to educating kids about nutrition, healthy lifestyles and fighting obesity and Type 2 diabetes. 10% of proceeds from the sales of Peace Spa Products are donated to the ECOChallenge2020 program |

Patrick SnyderPatrick Snyder has 15 years of experience in Association Management and membership GROWTH. As Director of Membership for the Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association, Pat grew membership by 40%, while growing the budget by over $250,000 by adding a strategic partner program. As Executive Director, he transformed The Illinois Travel and Tourism Association, Visit Illinois, from a 30-member club into a federation of Illinois Tourism Associations with a membership in the 100s-of-thousands while increasing the budget by 7 figures! Sarah Vargo
President Maven Productions Publicity. Promotions. Perception. Sarah Vargo developed Maven after having worked at some of the nation's top talent agencies and promotional companies. She worked her way through the ranks of International Creative Management (ICM) whose prestigious clients include Jay Leno and Chris Rock. After gaining experience at ICM, she worked for boutique agencies where she was able to put her skills to test through talent buying, concert promotion and media planning. As the Marketing Director of Le Passage, she worked closely with Rockit Ranch Productions who currently own and operate Underground and Rockit Bar and Grill. She coordinated fashion shows, charity events, sponsorships, and created trendy concepts and ideas.
